Arrival & Ordering

  1. Drive to our lab at 20 High St. Hamilton, OH 45011 (Google Maps / Apple Maps), and park in the designated COVID-19 spots.
  2. Be sure to bring a valid ID. If you'd like us to bill your insurance, you will also need your insurance card and a doctor's written order for the test.
  3. When you arrive, call the lab at 513-973-0062.
  4. If you don’t have a doctor’s written order, the self-pay cost of the test is $100.

Sample Collection

  1. One of our lab staff members will meet you in the parking lot within 5 mins of call.
  2. Our lab staff will verify your ID and administer nasal sample collection. We use a comfortable, non-invasive nasal collection method. Once the sample is collected, you are free to leave.

Testing & Communication

  1. The sample will be taken upstairs to the lab and processed.
  2. You will receive a text with a link to your test results PDF by 8pm the same day. (View a sample report here)

What is a rapid PCR test?

Rapid PCR tests (also known as "PCR" or "RT-PCR" tests) are the most accurate and sensitive tests available. We use state-of-the-art technology for all steps of the test process.

Who is a rapid PCR test best for?

The rapid PCR test is a standard requirement for international travel, surgical procedures, and for return to work or school after being infected with COVID-19.

What if I need a rapid antigen test?

We also offer rapid antigen testing (also known as "antigen" testing). Learn more here.

What if I don't have a prescription?

If you don’t have a doctor’s written prescription for your COVID-19 test upon arrival, you will need to pay the self-pay cost: $100.

Is Clariti's test accepted for international travel?

Yes, our test is accepted by and our report meets the requirements of all travel authorities. We have tested for travel to over 50 countries. We can also assist with travel certificates for the Japanese Ministry of Health.

What form is the result delivered?

You will receive a PDF certificate containing your results. Download a sample report here. Reports with a QR code or lab stamp are available upon request.

Where is Clariti Diagnostics located?

Clariti Diagnostics is located inside the Hamilton Mill in downtown Hamilton, Ohio. Our address is 20 High St, Suite-207 Hamilton, OH 45011. When you arrive for your COVID test, please park in the parking lot adjacent to the mural (there are two designated parking spaces for COVID-19 testing).

The website says "no appointment needed". Can I make an appointment anyway?

No appointment is necessary, but you are welcome to reserve a time for your test by calling us at 513-973-0062.

What is the self-pay price of the test?

If you choose to self-pay, the price of the test is $100.
